The dues, the door and the class are the same member

The digital card validates membership on the way in, books the class against its capacity and pays at the machine without cash. And when the club runs a competition or a master class, it sells on your own channel. No hardware required: it works with a QR on the phone and integrates where turnstiles already exist.

The problem

The turnstile doesn't know who you are; the class fills up in a WhatsApp group.

With separate systems

  • Unpaid dues surface weeks later, not at the door
  • Places in each class get handed out by messages and phone calls
  • The vending machine and the shop still handle cash
  • Nobody notices a member has stopped coming until they cancel
  • The club's competition sells on someone else's platform

With the club's platform

  • Access checks membership at the moment of entry
  • Every class has its capacity and its booking from the member's phone
  • The card's wallet pays machine, shop and café
  • The drop in attendance shows up before the cancellation does
  • The club's events sell to your members, on your channel
What it does

The daily running of a club with facilities

Dues, at the door

The digital card validates membership on entry: paid up, through; expired, an on-screen notice with the reason so reception doesn't have to argue.

Classes with capacity

Every session has its places and its list: the member books from their phone and an unused place is released. No more group chat.

Cashless wallet

Machine, shop and café are paid from the card's balance, with online top-ups. No till to reconcile at closing. In beta with pilots.

Time slots and occupancy

Who comes in and at what time, room by room. Real occupancy per slot is what tells you whether you need another instructor at seven.

The member going cold

Attendance drops weeks before the cancellation. Seeing it in time is the difference between a phone call and a lost membership.

Club events

Competitions, master classes or the end-of-season dinner: sold on your channel, with a member price and limited places.

The member walks in, trains and spends. The card should know all three.

For the club

A gym doesn't lose members all at once: it loses them by their not showing up

The cancellation gets signed on a Tuesday, but it started six weeks earlier, when that member went from coming four days a week to coming one. That decline has been in the turnstile data from day one and almost no club looks at it, because access, payments and classes live in different places. When it all runs through the same card, management sees each member's curve and can call while it's still recoverable.

Frequently asked questions

What gyms ask us

Do we have to replace the turnstiles we already have?+

Not necessarily. The card works with a QR on the phone, and where turnstiles already exist or NFC is wanted it integrates with compatible readers. Dedicated hardware (handhelds, RFID, NFC) is in beta with pilots.

Does it block access if a member hasn't paid?+

Yes, and it shows the reason on screen so reception can resolve it without arguing. You decide whether it's a hard block or a notice with a grace period.

Does it handle booking classes with limited places?+

Yes: every session has its capacity and its list, the member books from their phone and an unused place is released for the next one.

Does it collect the monthly membership fees?+

The platform charges memberships, packs and events through its own gateway, and checks at the door whether they're up to date. If you already run management software with direct debits set up, the usual answer is that it keeps collecting and access is validated here: tell us what you use and we'll look at it.

Can we sell the competition to members only?+

Yes: member pricing, priority or exclusive sale, and opening to the public if places are left. On your channel, not on someone else's platform.
