Street team and commissionsBeta

Every ticket knows who sold it, and every commission works itself out

You invite your reps, they accept the terms and start selling. You set the commission rule β€” flat or percentage, by event, by ticket type or by person β€” and the system applies it on every sale without anyone writing anything down. On closing night you stop arguing over numbers: they are already calculated.

The problem

Your street team sells well. What does not work is keeping track of it.

With commissions done by hand

  • Each rep logs their sales on their own phone and you take their word
  • Commission gets worked out in a spreadsheet on Monday, if you are lucky
  • If a buyer asks for a refund, that commission is already paid
  • Nobody knows what they have earned until you tell them
  • Terms change over WhatsApp and leave no trace

With the commission engine

  • Every sale is attributed on its own to whoever brought it
  • Commission accrues at the moment of the sale
  • A refund automatically reverses the matching commission
  • Each rep sees live what they have sold and what they will be paid
  • Terms are accepted and stored, with a date on them
What it does

The deal you agreed verbally, applied to every single sale

Onboarding by invitation

You invite the rep, they accept the terms and become active. You can suspend someone temporarily without wiping their history or the commissions they already earned.

Flat or percentage rules

A fixed amount per ticket or a percentage of the price. Exactly what you agreed, with no rounding and no interpretation.

Conditions by event and ticket type

A rule can cover every event or just a few; every ticket type or only the ones you choose. Price bands too: only pay commission above a certain amount.

Accrual at the point of sale

Each commission is born tied to its sale and moves through states until it is paid. If the order is refunded, the commission reverses itself.

Payouts you sign off

The system calculates, you review and approve. You can reject a payout with a reason and it stays on record. Nothing is paid without going through you.

Per event or per period

Settle when each event closes, or on a schedule β€” weekly, fortnightly, monthly β€” depending on how you work with each rep.

Your street team sells with its own link and gets paid without a single spreadsheet.

For the promoter

Assisted selling stops being an act of faith

A good street team fills rooms, but the real cost of those sales usually surfaces late and badly: between what each rep says they sold and what the system recorded there is always an awkward conversation. When attribution is automatic and commission accrues with the sale, you know the margin on every ticket the same day, not the following month. And when a buyer refunds, the commission comes back with them.

It runs on what you already sell

Not a separate tool: the same tickets, with an author.

Frequently asked questions

What you ask us about reps and commissions

How do you know which sale belongs to which rep?+

Each rep sells through their own link and the attribution travels with the order. Nothing to write down, no lists to cross-check afterwards.

Can I pay differently by ticket type?+

Yes. A rule can be scoped to the events and ticket types you choose, and even to a price band β€” for example, only paying commission above a certain amount.

What happens if the buyer asks for a refund?+

The matching commission reverses automatically. This is the main reason spreadsheets drift out of balance: here nobody has to remember.

Does the rep see their own numbers?+

They see their own: their sales, their accrued commission and the status of their payout. They do not see the rest of the event or their colleagues' work.

Does it pay out automatically?+

Not without you. The system calculates the payout and leaves it ready, but it has to pass your approval. If something is off, you reject it with a reason and it stays on record.
