Season passes and bundlesAvailable

Sell the whole season, not one night at a time

You pick the events that go in, set a fixed price and a stock. Whoever buys it pays once and receives one ticket per date included, each with its own QR code. Nothing changes at the door: each ticket scans at its own event, as always.

The problem

You charge event by event to people you already know will come to all of them.

Selling date by date

  • Your regular buys seven times and can drop off six of them
  • You get paid late: each ticket lands the week of its event
  • There is no way to reward someone who comes to the whole season
  • Bundles get assembled by hand and tracked in a spreadsheet
  • If the bundle exists, the door has to find a name on a list

With season passes

  • One purchase decision instead of seven
  • You collect the season up front, before the first date
  • The fixed price is itself the reward for coming back
  • The pass is set up once and sells like any other ticket
  • At the door each date has its own QR: nobody searches a list
What it does

A new product without touching anything that already works

Choose which events go in

You select the dates that make up the pass. It can be a full season, a cycle, or just the big weekend of your festival.

Its own fixed price

The pass has its own price, independent of the sum of individual tickets. That gap is where you put the discount for committing.

Pass stock

You define how many passes go on sale and see how many you have sold. Each event still has its own capacity.

One ticket per date

On purchase, the pass turns into a real ticket for every event included, grouped under the same order. Each with its own QR.

Draft before publishing

The pass sits in draft while you build it and only goes on sale when you activate it. And you can deactivate it without deleting it.

Its own commission

The pass carries its own configurable commission, flat or percentage, just like an event. Different product, same money rules.

One pass, several events, a single payment. And its own ticket for every door.

For the promoter

Getting paid in March for what happens in October

A promoter's cash-flow gap is always the same: fees, production and the venue are paid months before the first euro comes in. A season pass flips that order, because the revenue from seven dates arrives before the first one. And along the way it turns a one-off buyer into someone who has already decided to come all season β€” the hardest conversion there is, and the most profitable.

Frequently asked questions

What you ask us about season passes

Does the pass holder show one code at every date?+

No: they get one ticket per event, each with its own QR. That is deliberate, because it means access control does not change at all and every door scans its own.

Can the pass be cheaper than the sum of the tickets?+

Yes, the pass price is independent. That gap is exactly the incentive for someone to commit to the whole season.

What if one of the events in the pass is cancelled?+

That date's ticket is a normal ticket and is handled like any other cancellation, without touching the rest of the pass.

Does it work for a multi-day festival?+

Yes. Same mechanism: a three-day pass is three events with their own ticket and their own door, sold as a single product.

Can I cap how many passes I sell?+

Yes, the pass has its own stock. Releasing a short run of passes as a presale before general sale opens is a common move.
