Payment orchestrationAvailable

One checkout, each country's payment methods

An orchestration layer connects multiple payment providers and routes every charge by country and currency: cards and wallets where they're the norm, local methods where they're what converts. Online, on site and in the cashless. Selling in Mexico, Brazil or the Middle East stops depending on whether your one gateway reaches that far.

The problem

A single gateway decides which countries you can really sell in.

With a single gateway

  • The local method that converts in each country isn't in your checkout
  • Every new market is a payments integration from scratch
  • One provider outage stops all your sales at once
  • Fees are whatever they happen to be, with no alternative applying pressure
  • Online payments and on-site payments live in separate systems

With the orchestration layer

  • Every charge is routed to the right provider by country and currency
  • Entering a market means switching on a route, not coding one
  • Several providers coexist: there's a plan B in the same layer
  • Fees are configurable: absorbed or passed on, per market
  • Online, physical box office and cashless share the same layer
What it does

The money plumbing, solved once

Routing by country and currency

Each transaction travels to the right provider based on where your audience buys and in which currency. Routing rules are configured, not coded.

Local payment methods

Cards and mobile wallets where they're the norm, and the local methods that genuinely convert in each market, inside the same checkout.

Genuinely multi-provider

Several payment providers coexist in the same layer. You can choose by cost, coverage or performance, and change the mix without touching the checkout.

Configurable fees

Every fee is decided per market: absorbed by the promoter or passed on to the buyer, with a transparent breakdown.

Online and on-site unified

Web sales, the physical box office and the venue's cashless all charge through the same layer: one reconciliation at the end.

Refunds built in

Cancellations and cashless balances are refunded through the same route they were charged on, with per-event rules.

Your audience pays the way their country pays, not the way your gateway dictates.

For the promoter

Checkout conversion is won with the payment method

An audience without credit cards isn't an audience without money: it's an audience that pays differently. When the checkout offers the method each country actually uses, international sales stop dying at the last step. And when the whole operation β€” web, box office and cashless β€” charges through the same layer, reconciliation stops being a weekend of spreadsheets.

Frequently asked questions

What you ask us about orchestration

Does this replace Stripe?+

It includes it. Stripe is one of the providers in the layer: orchestration decides when it's the best route and when another one makes more sense, by country, currency or cost.

Can I sell with local methods outside Europe?+

Yes, that's the whole point: buyers in each market pay with the method they use every day, without you integrating anything yourself.

What happens if a provider goes down?+

The layer is multi-provider: routes reconfigure towards the providers that are available. An outage stops meaning sales at a standstill.

Who decides the fees?+

Fees are configured per market and you decide: absorbed into your margin or passed on to the buyer with a visible breakdown.

Does anything change in my settlement?+

No: you keep getting paid according to your plan, before the event. Orchestration changes where the money comes in, not when it reaches you.
