What you ask us about seating maps
Is the map 3D?+
No. Today both the editor and the buyer-facing map are interactive 2D, with zoom, panning and seat selection. A 3D view and view-from-seat previews are under consideration, and we would rather say so than show you something you will not find in the demo.
Can I mix reserved seating and standing areas?+
Yes. A single plan supports numbered rows, general admission, boxes and tables at once, which is how nearly every real venue works.
Do I have to redraw the plan for each event?+
No. The venue is saved once and assigned to as many events as you like; for each one you change prices and which zones open.
What if two people pick the same seat?+
It cannot happen: while someone has it selected it is locked for everyone else, and the other buyers' maps update immediately.
Can I sell accessible seating?+
Yes. Wheelchair spaces and companion seats are marked on the plan and sold through the same channel as the rest of the venue.
