CRM and audienceBeta

You stop having scattered buyers and start having an audience

Every person who buys becomes a profile with their event history, total spend, city and consent status. From there you segment by rules and activate that audience wherever you run campaigns. With marketing consent as part of the data, not a forgotten checkbox.

The problem

You sell thousands of tickets a year and still start every campaign from zero.

With the list in a CSV

  • The same buyer shows up five times with five similar emails
  • You do not know their lifetime spend or when they last came
  • Marketing consent lives somewhere else, or nowhere
  • Every campaign starts by exporting a CSV and uploading it by hand
  • History from your previous ticketing provider is lost for good

With the promoter CRM

  • One profile per person, with normalised email and unified purchases
  • Total spend, order count and days since last purchase, kept current
  • Consent lives on the profile and governs who you may write to
  • Segments are defined by rules and activated without exporting anything
  • You can import your previous audience by CSV or from another provider
What it does

The audience you already paid to win, organised

Unified profile

Normalised email, city and country, contact source and event history. One person's purchases stop being five loose rows.

RFM scoring

Each profile is scored on when they bought, how often and how much they spent. It is the standard way to separate your loyal crowd from one-time visitors.

Rule-based segments

Combine recency, total spend, order count, city, country, source and consent with range or list operators. The segment maintains itself.

Audience import

Bring your previous database in by CSV or from another ticketing provider's API. The history you had outside lands on the profile instead of being lost.

Consent and GDPR

Marketing permission is a field on the profile, with a flow to ask for it again. Segmenting by "who gave me permission" is just another rule.

Activation in Meta

Connect your ad account and pixel and push a segment to Meta as an audience. The campaign runs on your real crowd, not a generic interest.

Your crowd is yours: who they are, what they bought, and whether they let you write to them.

For the promoter

The asset that stays once the event is over

A promoter spends on campaigns to fill an event, and when the event ends that money is gone with it. What remains is knowing who came, what they paid and whether they let you write to them. That data is what makes next year's ad cheaper, because instead of buying cold reach you are talking to people who already paid to see you once. The difference between renting an audience and owning one.

It fills itself from what you already sell

The profile is not keyed in by hand: it comes from every purchase.

Frequently asked questions

What you ask us about the CRM

Is my audience data mine?+

Yes. The profile lives under your promoter account and is built from your sales. You can import your previous database and work with it inside.

How do you avoid writing to people who do not want it?+

Marketing consent is a field on the profile itself and can be used as a segment rule. There is also a flow to ask again anyone who never gave it.

Can I bring in the audience from my previous provider?+

Yes, through an import wizard by CSV or against other ticketing APIs. It is the first thing most people do when they start.

What is RFM scoring?+

A classification by recency, frequency and spend. It tells apart, at a glance, who comes to everything, who came once and who has not shown up in a year.

Can I use it to run campaigns?+

Yes: a segment can be pushed to Meta as an audience and your pixel used to measure conversions. The campaign targets your crowd, not a bought interest.
