2. Service description

Futura Tickets provides a ticketing platform for event organizers that includes ticket management, access control, anti-fraud verification and data analytics.

3. Registration and account

To use our services, you must:

Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Maintain the security of your password and account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Be over 18 years old or have the authorization of a legal guardian.

4. Service usage

You agree to:

Use the service only for lawful purposes.
Not interfere with the operation of the service.
Not attempt to access restricted areas of the system.
Not use the service to distribute illegal or harmful content.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Fees and payments

Applicable fees are established in the contracted plan and in specific agreements with each customer. Commissions are calculated on tickets sold. Payments are processed according to the schedule agreed with each organizer.

6. Intellectual property

All content, design, code and functionalities of Futura Tickets are the exclusive property of the company and are protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution or modification without express authorization is not permitted.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Futura Tickets shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

8. Service modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or interruption of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute related to these terms shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid.
