Find the brand that sponsors your event without already knowing it

An engine that matches your event's real data β€” audience, territory, capacity, category β€” against a catalogue of brands and proposes the ones that genuinely fit. You swipe: interested or not. Sponsorship stops being about your contact book and starts being about data.

The problem

The sponsorship money exists. Reaching it is the problem.

Chasing sponsorship by hand

  • You only reach brands you already knew
  • You send the same deck to a hundred places and two reply
  • You cannot tell whether the brand still has budget left
  • You find out too late that the brand cannot appear at an all-ages event
  • You close a soft drink and then cannot close its competitor

With sponsorship matching

  • You see brands that fit even if they were never in your contact book
  • Every proposal arrives with the reason it fits
  • Budget is shown as it is: available, spent, or no data
  • Age restrictions are resolved before you waste the call
  • Category exclusivity takes care of itself
What it does

A fit engine, not a mailing list

Fit, with reasons

Every proposed brand arrives with the reasons it fits your event and the penalties applied to it. It is never a blind score.

Swipe to decide

Go through proposals one by one and say whether you are interested. What you dismiss stops appearing and sharpens what comes next.

Age-restriction gate

If minors can attend your event, brands the law does not allow are filtered out and we tell you which rule applies. If the activation needs a segregated area, the proposal says so.

Category exclusivity

Once you close with a brand, its direct competitors stop being proposed for that event. You never sell the same category twice.

No invented budgets

If we know what a brand usually invests, you will see it; if not, it says "no data". We prefer an honest gap to a zero that looks like a figure.

Territory that matters

A regional brand outside its area scores lower than one already operating where your event happens, because its real interest is lower too.

Sponsorship stops depending on who you happen to know.

For both sides

Promoters need money. Brands need an audience. They look for each other badly.

Promoters pay artist fees, production and security months before the first euro of box office, and sponsorship is one of the few revenue streams that arrives before the event. Brands, meanwhile, want to be where their audience is and have no idea which events exist. Both sides search by contact book and coincidence. Here they search by data: the event exposes its real audience, the brand its criteria, and the engine only proposes where the two actually meet.

Frequently asked questions

What you ask us about sponsorship

Is it available yet?+

It is built and running in our staging environment, but not yet switched on for all promoters in production. We are opening access by invitation: tell us your case and you join the first wave.

How do you decide which brands to propose?+

We match your event's data (audience, territory, category, capacity) against each brand's criteria. Every proposal shows why it fits and what cost it points, so you can argue with it.

My event is all-ages. Will you propose alcohol brands?+

No. If minors can attend, brands the regulations do not allow are filtered out and we name the specific rule. If the activation would only be possible in an adults-only area, the proposal says so.

What if I already have a sponsor in one category?+

Its direct competitors stop being proposed for that event as soon as the deal is closed, so you never sell the same exclusivity twice.

I am a brand, not a promoter. Can I use it?+

Yes, that is the other side of the match. We are adding brands to the catalogue alongside promoters; get in touch and we will explain how to join.
